	Using the Groupcal menu item you can manually synchronize calendars or check for new meeting requests quickly and easily without having to open Groupcal.

	Enabling the Groupcal menu item
	To add the Groupcal menu item to the Apple OS X menu bar select "Preferences" from the "Groupcal" menu and then check "Show Groupcal status in menu bar."
