Inviting attendees to an event with Groupcal
Once people or resources have been added to an event in iCal they may be sent invitations using Groupcal.

Groupcal will only send Exchange invitations for events that are in Groupcal synchronized calendars. If the event is not in a Groupcal synchronized calendar, the standard iCal invitation email will be sent.

Before attempting to send an Exchange invitation with Groupcal, people make sure that the "My Card" email address in the OS X Address Book matches the Exchange address for the account.

To send Exchange invitations you must first select the event in iCal to view the information for that event. Once the event has been selected, press the "Send" button at the bottom of iCal's info panel.
