          Free/Busy Settings
Free/Busy calendar
This is a list of the current Free/Busy calendars that are maintained by Groupcal. To setup a new calendar select "New Calendar" from the drop down list. To create the calendar in iCal select "Create in iCal." To delete the calendar select "Delete." To change the settings for a calendar you must select it from the list. Once selected, any changes you make will take effect the next time you refresh the calendar in iCal.

WARNING: Deleting a calendar from this list will also delete the calendar in iCal.

People or resources
This is the list of people or resources whose Free/Busy time you want to view in the iCal calendar. To quickly add people to the list you may drag and drop them from the OS X Address Book.
Add and remove buttons
These buttons will add or remove people or resources from the calendar respectively.
Address Book button
This button will launch the OS X Address Book. To quickly add people or resources to the calendar you may drag and drop them from the OS X Address Book onto the list.
Using Exchange account
Select the Exchange account you wish to use when synchronizing the calendar. This will determine the Exchange server Groupcal will contact and which username and password it will use.
Include events marked
These checkboxes determine the types of Free/Busy time the calendar will display. If a box is checked that kind of Free/Busy information will be included when the calendar is refreshed in iCal.
Show Free/Busy time as
This option only applies to calendars that include two or more people or resources. If the calendar is set to "Everyone combined" then the Free/Busy time will be represented in the iCal calendar as the combination or aggregate of all the people or resources. If the calendar is set to "Separate people" then the Free/Busy time will be separated out into events that correspond to an given individual. The events in the calendar will indicate which member in particular is busy by adding their name to the summary of the event.
Only when my network is
If this is checked Groupcal will only synchronize the calendar when your OS X network location matches the network location selected in Groupcal.
